  My daughter, Stephanie, and I have been going to the Wellnest for a couple of years now. Can't say we've ever had a better experience than Erika's Tuesday or Thursday afternoon yoga class. She is very knowledgeable and skilled at teaching and working our bodies, on an individual basis. Always a health approach in a comfortable and warm setting that makes the whole experience well worthwhile. Thanks, Ericka!
