  Called to see if they had coils for the Big Baby Beast tank or Baby Beast tank and the girl did not know what coil was for which. She starts rambling off coil models. Any shop I go to and ask for big baby beast coils they hand me the coil. Shouldn't have staff that is not knowledgeable of the product they are selling. It's like selling sneakers and not knowing the difference between a pair of Jordan's and a pair or Kobes.
